Our youngest son, Matthew L~O~V~E~S rhubarb! Matt volunteered to drive up last weekend with his family to help his Papa put a new starter In our pickup. I had 2 pounds of "fresh picked rhubarb, and wanted to bake up something special to show my appreciation.

Will has had the intestinal flu since Saturday evening . . . Chills, sweats, fever, etc. etc! My poor Baby has it bad! His temp ranges from 102F to 97F!

As Great as Haagen Daz Ice Cream

This morning I woke up with Will puttering in the kitchen. He decided to make the most incredible recipe, an outstanding, super premium ice cream with a butterfat content of 18%. You will not find a better recipe anywhere! Believe me, we have had years to experiment with more than a few recipes.
